CILEUNGSI – Monday (3/16/2026) morning saw people flocking to PT Aspex Kumbong’s food kit distribution point in Cileungsi, Bogor Regency. Among them was Saiful, who gets by doing ride-hailing.

This donation would support him and his family amid Saiful’s unstable income.

Speaking on behalf of fellow drivers, he said, “As online motorcycle taxi operators, we don’t have a stable income. The money that comes in depends on the orders we get each day. So, these food kits would really help fill our kitchens. Thank you, PT Aspex Kumbong, for your support to the people here.”

Many of the recipients view staple food aid as effective to cover household needs, especially in the onslaught of economic headwinds. This initiative proves PT Aspex Kumbong is paying attention to local communities — and it’s making an impact.

Local food seller and housewife Anis Wartini said, “Thank God [for this kit], it would do us so much help, at least for a few days. We feel cared for by the company, and [for that] we thank you.”

Saiful and Anis Wartini were two of the thousands welcoming the three-day distribution event on March 14 and March 16-17. Despite the buzz, beneficiaries — who came from nearby villages — remained calm as they took turns getting their kits.
